Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Dattha Institute, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment or registration. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our cancellation policy as follows:

Course Cancellation by Participant:

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing via email at [info.datthainstitute@gmail.com].

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of the course will receive a full refund, minus any administrative fees.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made after the course has started will not be eligible for a refund.

 Refunds are processed as per the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Refund:
  
  • Refunds will only be processed for cancellations that adhere to our cancellation policy.
  • Refunds will not be provided for participants who fail to attend the course without prior notice.
  • In case of technical issues preventing access to online courses, participants must report the issue within 24 hours of occurrence for resolution or refund consideration.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during registration.
